Day 1: Cairo (no meals)
Arrive at Cairo Airport where our representative
will meet and assist you through customs and
then you claim your baggage. You will be
transferred to your selected hotel for a free
evening. Overnight at your Hotel.
Day 2: Cairo (B)
Today you will be transported back to the time
of the ancient Egyptians. Our friendly guide
will accompany you to the awe-inspiring Pyramids
and Sphinx at Giza and then onwards to Sakkara
to see the first pyramid ever built - the Step
Pyramid of Zosser. After this you take a look at
some of the most exquisite and ancient artifacts
and statues in history at the legendary Egyptian
Museum. Overnight at your Hotel.
Day 3: Cairo - Siwa
Oasis (B D)
Transfer to Cairo bus station, catch the public
air conditioned bus to Marsa Matrouh. Then catch
the next bus to Siwa Oases. Arrive to Siwa and
meet our representative, transfer and then check
in your hotel for a free evening. Overnight at
your Hotel.
Day 4: Siwa Oasis (B D)
Enjoy a full day city tour today visiting Dead
mountain, Siwa house museum, the Old Fortress of
Shali, the Oracle Temple where you will see the
coronation hall of Alexander the great. Next the
ruins of Amoun temple, have a swim in Cleopatra
pool and then Dakrour mountain (famous for its
hot sand - the best place for a sand bath used
as an effective natural cure for Rheumatism,
Rheumatoid ….etc). Return back to the hotel for
a free evening. Overnight at your Hotel.
Day 5: Siwa Oasis -
Dessert Camp (B L D)
Free morning. This afternoon you will start tour
by 4x4 jeep to swim in salt and fresh water lack
of Bir Wahed (or well no1) and the hot spring
(37C). You will stop to have a look at the
shells from the fossils mountain, then enjoy
watching the sunset from the highest place
around Siwa. Enjoy dinner around the fire and
sleep overnight in the desert covered by the
stars. Overnight Desert Camp.
Day 6: Desert Camp -
Siwa Oasis (B L D)
After breakfast you continue your desert tour
starting with a drive over the highest sand
dunes (app.80 M) in the western desert to the
East. Continue onto swim in Abu-Shrouf - the
biggest and cleanest spring (it's sulfured water
good for the skin and Rheumatism). Later on
visiting Az-Zeitun (the old village of
Abou-Shrouf) seeing the Roman olives oil press
and black Roman tomb. Next the newly found Roman
tombs (full of skeletons) and on the way back to
Siwa visit Coraishet spring and Ein Safi (pure
spring). Return back to the hotel for a free
evening. Overnight at your Hotel.
Day 7: Siwa Oasis -
Cairo (B)
Breakfast at the hotel then you will catch the
bus to Martrouh leaves at 10:00 AM arrive at
2:00 PM after while you will catch the next bus
to Cairo leaves at 5:30 PM. You will be met and
transferred to your hotel in Cairo for
overnight.
Day 8: Cairo (B)
Transfer to the Cairo Airport for your departure
flight.
