Sharm El Sheikh / Day tour to St Catherine Monastery and Dahab / Sharm El Sheikh

We will pickup you from your hotel after breakfast at approximately 7.00 am. From there it will take approximately 3 hours (depends on the location of your hotel, approximately 230 kilometers from Sharm el Sheikh) to drive to St. Catherine’s Monastery, built between 527 and 565 A.D. The monastery is believed to have been built around the site of Moses’ Burning Bush.
During your visit you will visit the chapel of a Greek Orthodox church to see famous icons and the Mosaic of Transfiguration.
Then we drive to Dahab City where we get our lunch in a local restaurant. After lunch you will have the chance to go shopping in Dahab or look around this wonderful city. We will arrive back in Sharm el Sheikh at around 17.30-18.00 and you will be taken back to your hotel The day will finish at approximately 17:00 pm when you will be returned to your hotel.
