Cairo – Arrival
Our team welcomes you upon arrival at Cairo Airport before Passport Control, with a sign bearing your name and that of the agency. Then you will be transferred by private A/C vehicle to your hotel. Check in at hotel. (Optional: Enjoy Sound and Light Show to Giza). Overnight at hotel.
Cairo – Pyramids & Sakkara
Breakfast at hotel. Morning, our tour guide and private A/C minibus will pick you up at your hotel. Enjoy an excursion to visit the legendary majestic The Three Pyramids, which are considered one of the Old Seven Wonders, erected by Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerionos. the famous pyramids: Cheops (the largest built circa 2650 BC. JC.), one of the 7 wonders of the ancient world and the only one that has stood the test of time. It was for over 40 centuries the highest monument erected by the man with a height of 146 meters. When you finish exploring the Great Pyramids our next stop is a visit to the Sphinx monument; guarding the royal burial chambers and temple of Cheops. It is a mythical statue with the body of a lion & human head. (optional: Camel or Horse Ride). The tour also includes a visit to the Valley Temple, which belongs to the Pyramid of Chephren. Following by Visit the necropolis of Sakkara, used as a cemetery for thousands of years, and still hides many secrets in the desert sand. The Pyramid at Sakkara is one of the oldest stone structures in the world. It was built during the Third Dynasty (about 2630 BC) for King Djoser and its construction was overseen by his vizier Imhotep. End of day, transfer to Giza Train Station to take the First Class Sleeper Train go to Aswan. Dinner and overnight in train.
Aswan – Nile Cruise
Breakfast in train. Morning, arrival at Aswan Railway, welcome by our team and Visit Philae temple, this very harmonious architecture is dedicated to the worship of the goddess Isis. Visit the High Dam at Aswan was built from 1960 to 1971, measuring 780m long, to protect Egypt against the annual flooding of the Nile and Lake Nasser created. The water power generates electricity for most of Egypt. Then visit the Unfinished Obelisk, located in a granite quarry Rose that was used in the construction of temples.(Optional: Enjoy felucca on the Nile sailing around Kitchener’s Island). Then you will be transferred by private A/C minibus to your ship for three nights cruise. Lunch on board. Afternoon free at leisure to enjoy the pool. At 5:00 pm, Coffee break. (optional: Sound and Light show at Philae). Dinner and overnight on board.
NB: Depends the Nile cruise ship, sailing from Aswan could be on same day of arrival, or next day morning or next day afternoon.
Kom Ombo / Edfu – Nile Cruise
Breakfast on board. Morning free. Lunch on board. sailing to Kom Ombo. Visit the Temple of Kom Ombo, the majestic river Nile, whose characteristic is to be dedicated to two divinities: Sobek (with head of crocodile) and Horus (falcon-headed). Sailing to Edfu. During sailing you can enjoy the pool on sundeck. At 5:00 pm, Coffee break. Dinner and overnight on board.
Luxor – Nile Cruise
Breakfast on board. Take Carriage and Visit the Temple of Edfu, the Holy City of Horus and the temple built in his honor. This temple with impressive dimensions is the best preserved of Egypt. Lunch on board. Sailing to Luxor. During sailing you can enjoy the pool on sundeck. Arrival at Luxor at end of day. At 5:00 pm, Coffee break. Dinner and overnight on board.
Luxor – End of Cruise
Breakfast on board and check out. Discovery Valley of the Kings, where most of the pharaohs of the XVIII to the XX dynasty were made bury, visit of 3 tombs. Continuation to the two colossi of Memnon, the towering statues are all that remain of the mortuary temple of Amenhotep III. Then Visit the Temple of Hatshepsut (Deir El Bahari), unique in its structure, to ancient Egypt dug directly into the rock, reach superhuman dimensions. Visit the Temple of Karnak, dedicated to the glory of the god Amun, the temple probably the most grandiose of all Egypt. Continue your visit by Luxor Temple, built by Amenhotep III, known by its size and its large number of silent pillars. It connected by a paved alley of sphinxes of 3 kilometers at Karnak Temple. Morning, Visit the necropolis of Thebes, on the left bank of the Nile. Late in night, transfer to Luxor Train Station to catch First Class Sleeping Train back to Giza. Late dinner and overnight in train.
Breakfast in train. Morning, arrival to Giza Train Station, welcome by our representative then Visit the National Museum of Antiquities including the treasures range from the prehistoric age to the Roman period. You will see among others the famous treasure of Tutankhamen. It houses over 250,000 pieces, is one of the largest museums in the world. It allows visitors to discover the history of ancient Egypt through five millennia. Then, Visit the Citadel of Salah El Din, with in its enclosure the mosque of Mohamed Ali. The citadel was built on the hills in 1183 AD Moqattam overlooking the whole city was a point of defense against the Crusaders. Salah El Din appointed to be the governor of Egypt after the death of the sultan of Damascus, Noor-el-Din. Visit Khan El Khalili Bazaar, one of the most famous and oldest bazaars in the Middle East. Overnight at hotel.
Cairo – Departure
Breakfast at hotel and transfer to Cairo International Airport for take your departure flight.
